African Tracking Security Service (A.T.S.S) was founded by Stiaan Viljoen who is the Managing Director of Bheka Management Services and major shareholder of ISMS (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. He is an experienced Loss Control practitioner and Security Consultant with more than twenty five years experience in the South African Retail Industry. He completed his BA degree at the University of Pretoria in 1992 majoring in Psychology and has held various senior positions amongst others, Group Security manager Stuttaford Stores, Loss Control Executive at CNA Stores being his last appointment before establishing ISMS (Pty) Ltd in 2001.
